The COMMREX property database consists of databases for all major types of commercial properties as well as search capabilities for all properties, with links to additional property information you may have attached to your website, along with home page link and email link. COMMREX developed the first Needs database in use on the Internet allowing users to post needs in addition to available inventory.

While we do not require exclusive listings, we do require that a person advertising a property have the permission of the owner or listing agent. You will be expected to produce proof of your right to advertise a property within 24 hours if requested to do so. If you can not produce such verifiable proof, your properties will be deleted and you will be barred from the system without notice.
